Fit4Baby Prenatal

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Fit4Baby is available in 6 weeks sessions or a monthly membership, you can join anytime!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre is a fabulous new workout that combines principles of ballet, pilates, yoga, & barre style classes using the stroller! The best part is you get the workout you love, PLUS cardiovascular training PLUS your baby is with you, interacting and cheering you on the entire class!

Body Back is a full body high intensity workout for moms of any stage. This is a child free workout. The free demo class is intended for first time clients to try out a Body Back Workout, and veterans to bring a brand new friend to see what it is all about.
Bring water, a yoga mat and a towel.

Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and at home supplemental workouts, moms have a surefire combination for success.
