This 60 minute class is for moms alone or with little ones in strollers. We will work on cardio, strength, agility and balance providing a fun, full body workout while interacting with our little ones. Each class will end with "core and restore"...giving you the strength for motherhood.
Due to Covid restrictions, classes are limited to 9 moms and their kids (in strollers or carriers). At this time, we will be remaining in one spot rather than moving through the park as we do in a typical Stroller Strides class. Please bring your yoga mat, bands (if you have them), water, mask and whatever you need to keep your child comfortable, happy and entertained.
You must pre-register for this class. If it is full, please add your name to the waitlist and you will be added if a spot opens up.
This Saturday morning class provides an opportunity for moms to get away for an hour and do something to take care of themselves! The class will combine elements of Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and HIIT intervals, providing an all levels, full body workout that is perfect for moms! Due to Covid restrictions, we are limited to 12 participants and registration is required. Please bring a mat, bands (if you have them), water and your mask. We will adhere to all county guidelines to keep participants as safe as possible. This is a great chance to get away, take care of yourself and bond with other moms!more
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

This one hour workout and information session will introduce you to our Body Well program! We will work hard and have a lot of fun during this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout. After class, you will learn more about our new Body Well program and decide if it is right for you.
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
