This 60 minute class is for moms alone or with little ones in strollers. We will work on cardio, strength, agility and balance providing a fun, full body workout while interacting with our little ones. Each class will end with "core and restore"...giving you the strength for motherhood.
Due to Covid restrictions, classes are limited to 9 moms and their kids (in strollers or carriers). At this time, we will be remaining in one spot rather than moving through the park as we do in a typical Stroller Strides class. Please bring your yoga mat, bands (if you have them), water, mask and whatever you need to keep your child comfortable, happy and entertained.
You must pre-register for this class. If it is full, please add your name to the waitlist and you will be added if a spot opens up.
