Stroller Strides is a 60 minute total fitness program that moms can do with their babies in strollers. It includes power walking or running along with intervals of cardio, strength and core exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back® Boost is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance online support support and accountability. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
This is YOUR chance for to reconnect and recharge your body and mind!
2 HIIT Workouts per week in a small group format (moms only, no kiddos at Body Back)!
Family friendly recipes provided and weekly meal planning support
Before and After assessments and photos
Small group coaching and support.

Have you been interested in checking out a class, but weren't sure when you should come or what you should bring? Bring a friend to check out class!

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and layers can be helpful

This class is open to #allthemoms You don't have to be a current Fit4Mom Marin member to attend.
