This 60 minute, all levels class is for moms alone or with little ones in strollers. We will work on cardio, strength, agility and balance providing a fun, full body workout while interacting with our little ones. Each class will end with "core and restore"...giving you the strength for motherhood.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

This one hour workout and information session will introduce you to our Body Well program! We will work hard and have a lot of fun during this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout. After class, you will learn more about our new Body Well program and decide if it is right for you.

Every Thursday, after Stroller Strides we offer playgroups for moms and kids. Enjoy fun activities and crafts with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Our playgroups are open to ALL moms! You don't need a class pass to attend!

Saturday is Family at Fit4Mom Marin. All Fit4Mom members and pass holders can bring a family member for FREE! So grab your spouse, partner, sibling or parent and join us for our signature Stroller Strides class with a family twist.
