Our sessions include 8 weeks of clean eating, high intensity workouts, guidance, accountability, challenges & prizes, powerful meditations and lots of encouragement from an instructor who really cares about you. The key to this program is the powerful connection and support that’s facilitated among the group of supportive moms!

San Rafael, Wednesday evenings 7:30 pm @ Corey's Gym and Saturday mornings 7:30 am @ Civic Center Lagoon Park, Jan 13 - March 9
Mill Valley - Wednesday and Friday mornings, 9:30 am @ Mill Valley Community Center (kidzwatch available 8$ an hour) Jan 17 - March 7th

Class will start at 7:30 pm and consist of a HIIT (high intensity interval training) 60 minute class with stretching and meditation.
