Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

This mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Strength Class for Moms

WACKY WEDNESDAY MASHUP

Wacky Wednesday Mash-up classes are all about fun and surprises! You may show up and get a traditionall Stroller Barre or Strides class or you may have stations of each with some HIIT or yoga thrown in for fun! Each week will be different, but they will all be Stroller friendly, traveling classes. Mom life is all about the unexpected, so why shouldn't our workouts be the same!
